1. Eligibility and Access

• Age Requirement: Customers must be at least 21 years old to purchase recreational cannabis. Medical marijuana patients must be 18 or older and possess a valid Arizona Medical Marijuana Program (AMMP) card.
• Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases. First-time medical patients must register in-store before utilizing drive-through services.

2. Product Availability and Pricing

• Inventory: All products are subject to availability and may change without notice.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change and may vary between medical and recreational products. Taxes are included in the listed prices.

3. Ordering and Pickup

• Online Orders: Customers may place orders online for in-store pickup, drive-through, or delivery (medical patients only).
• Order Restocking: Orders not picked up by 9:00 PM will be restocked.

4. Delivery Services

• Eligibility: Delivery is available exclusively to medical marijuana patients.
• Order Minimums: Minimum order amounts vary based on distance from the dispensary:
• Within 10 miles: $50
• 11–30 miles: $75
• 31–65 miles: $100
• Over 65 miles: Call for details.
• Delivery Times: Deliveries occur twice daily. Orders placed after cutoff times will be scheduled for the next delivery window.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Policy: Due to state regulations, returns are generally not accepted. Defective products may be exchanged within a specified timeframe and must be in original packaging.

6. Legal Compliance

• Regulations: All Greens Dispensary operates in compliance with Arizona state laws and regulations governing cannabis sales and distribution.
• Packaging: Products are sold in compliance with state packaging and labeling requirements, including child-resistant and tamper-evident features.

7. Privacy and Data Security

8. Limitation of Liability

• Product Use: Customers assume all responsibility for the use of cannabis products. All Greens Dispensary is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from product use.

• Changes: All Greens Dispensary reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
